ATEs for IC testing and analysis include: Credence Electra MSR 100MHz, Teradyne J750, Verigy V50, ADVANTEST R6741A, Agilent 16804A / E4443A, etc. Failure analysis equipment includes: deblockers, scanning electron microscopes (SEM), X-ray fluoroscopes, etc. Reliability and special environment testing and analysis equipment includes: thermal shock test ovens, electrostatic discharge (ESD) and latch-up testers, etc. From basic electrical testing, functional testing to special environmental testing, with an ATE capital value of over $60 million, CECC now has the capability to test nearly 95% of the active and passive components (e.g. including but not limited to capacitors, amplifiers, MCUs, memories, DSP, FPGAs, CPLDs, EPLDs, etc.) that are distributed in the current market according to their specifications.
In early 2010, CECC Lab built 200 new automotive testing facilities in Longgang, Shenzhen, greatly expanding the size and capability of the IC testing facility to meet the growing demand of IC design companies.
