General Description:
       Level II    Direct Current Characteristics Test(DCCT) is a testing method applied to test & analysis the direct current (DC) characteristics of DUT (Device Under Test)  with dedicated IC testers, It's also known as a static parameters testing method.

Testing Items:
A、Chemical decapsulation for 1 random piece of samples.(default testing item but charge additionally.)
B、The Open / Short of the internal connections (default);
C、
The testing whether the input load current limit(IIL /IIH) is in compliance with standard protocols.(default)
D、The testing whether the output threshold voltage (VOH/VOL ) is in compliance with standard protocols.(default)
E、The testing whether the quiescent current (IDD) is in compliance with datasheet /OEM specifications (default)
F、Other parameters testing as followig:(Optional & if necessary)

Testing Tariff Standards & Leadtime:
        Testing charges vary & depend on specified function of DUT, the lead-time for DCCT is mainly approximately 5-10 working days.

Remark:
       1、Direct Current Characteristics Testing(DCCT),a static parameters testing method, is not functional testing and does not consider & test the  DUT under the conditions that runs normally at the end-user side.
       2、Direct Current Characteristics Testing (DCCT) does not consider & test the DUT limit parameters(maximum & minimum value). e.g: signal transferring speed limits, frequency, timing, voltage load limits etc.

       3、Direct Current Characteristics Testing (DCCT) does not consider & test the DUT under the conditions that runs in special environment such as at high / low /elevated temperature.
       4、Direct Current Characteristics Testing (DCCT) does not include the testing items of Level I.
